EOI Project Coordinator - more info

Hi there everyone,
Thank you to those who have already come to ask about the PC position above. Rather than explaining to each individual, the main things I would like you to think about before coming to have a chat are:
1. How can change be implemented within the unit?
2. How are you going to get people involved, and get acceptance of the changes?
3. Develop a project plan (just jot some things down on a piece of paper - nothing formal) of how the project might work, and how you could implement it.

We want to see that you have some ideas as to what might work and what won't, and what types of models might work here.
Hope this gives a bit more direction. As this is a new concept, the position will require someone to be self-directed.

Just a reminder to those of you who are putting in CN applications for the long-term positions, they close on tuesday 1st April.
